Who am I? Im Arianna!

Hello, my name is Arianna, though I prefer to be called Ari. I am a 24-year-old caregiver based in the Pacific Northwest (PNW) region of the United States. A New Beginning

In 2023, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which helped me understand many of the struggles I had been facing in my daily life. I found it difficult to maintain focus or derive lasting fulfillment from activities, often unable to sit still, watch something, or stay engaged for more than a few minutes at a time. Although I had previously been focused on other mental health challenges, the ADHD diagnosis provided new clarity. Now, with medication, I find myself in a transitional phase and am particularly interested in rebranding myself through fashion and developing a more authentic sense of personality.

Currently, with medication in place, I find myself in a transitional period, seeking to redefine my sense of self. I am particularly focused on rebranding myself through fashion and personal development. This blog serves as both a means of holding myself accountable and as a resource to support others who may be navigating similar challenges. If I am struggling with a lost sense of identity, I believe there are others who might benefit from my journey of self-discovery. My goal is to demonstrate that, even when it feels impossible, it is entirely possible to become the person you aspire to be.

Mental Health and Creativity

I often face challenges with my mental health that hinder my motivation to take action. My depression fluctuates, and with it, my desire to create, work on personal growth, or even engage in simple tasks like decorating. This becomes particularly frustrating when attempting to build new habits. While I may invest significant effort for a day or two, sustaining that momentum becomes difficult, making the 30-day commitment to forming a lasting habit feel overwhelming. Given these struggles, I thought it might be helpful to share the strategies that have worked for me. By reflecting on my own experiences, I hope to offer insight that may support others facing similar challenges on their journeys toward personal growth.

As I’ve decided to make 2025 my “Year of Me,” I am committing to focusing on personal growth and self-discovery. This year marks a shift in how I approach life—choosing to prioritize my well-being, develop healthier habits, and explore new dimensions of myself. I believe that sharing my experiences, both the struggles and triumphs, will not only hold me accountable but may also resonate with others on a similar journey. It’s a year to explore new possibilities, challenge old patterns, and fully embrace change.

Throughout this journey, I will document the ups and downs as I work to create lasting habits and transform different areas of my life. From adopting healthier routines to discovering new passions, each day brings the opportunity to learn and grow. While it’s not always easy, I’m excited to face the challenges head-on, knowing that even setbacks are part of the process. I hope to inspire others to take the leap toward change, knowing that self-improvement is a gradual and rewarding path.

Join me as I navigate the complexities of building new habits, uncovering hidden strengths, and discovering fresh perspectives. Every day offers a chance to move closer to the person I want to become, and I’m eager to share those moments with you. Let’s thrive together in 2025, embracing the uncertainty and the growth that come with it.
